Find out how to enhance energy flow and create a feeling of tranquility by transforming your living space into a sanctuary of balance and harmony

Your Home

Energize

Did you know that each room in your home carries an energy vibration? In fact, your home

mirrors the health and wellbeing of your body. Clean out the refrigerator, organize your closet,

straighten up your bedroom and see if you can feel a difference.

By incorporating feng shui principles into both your sleeping and living spaces, you can achieve a more calming vibe overall. Once your home becomes a truly peaceful sanctuary, you'll feel more relaxed creating a peaceful, restorative environment.

Clutter is always a no-no for feng shui because it can be a source of stagnant energy.  Keep living room surfaces clear and clean so your space doesn't feel overwhelmed visually or physically. Removing unnecessary objects takes away from the room's openness and doesn't foster relaxation. "Keep only items that bring joy to your life” is my rule of thumb.

I am the queen of decluttering both seen and unseen energy vibrations.

Getting rid of stuff that no longer serves us is an exercise of letting go. When we let go

we open ourselves to new opportunities. Lighten up your space so you can breathe and

enjoy a healthier lifestyle to keep you forever young.

If you need guidance to help you lighten up, contact me for a 30-min complimentary session to determine what your needs are.

ABOUT Your Bedroom

Our bedroom is the space for rest and rejuvenation. If it is cluttered it can cause restless sleep, lack of energy, indecision, dull relationships and poor circulation. Clutter is stagnating energy which in turn affects stagnation in our body. In fact, energy gets blocked in our home just like blood gets stuck in our body.
